Privacy

What we keep

• Your name, work email and a hashed password, to run your account.
• The drawing sets you upload, the crops and tiles made from them, and the change list your team builds.
• The history of who did what in your project, which is yours to read.
• How many active projects and sheet pairs you use in a month, to apply your plan.

What we do with it

We use your files to compare your drawing sets and to write the notes, links and briefs for your project. We do not sell your data. We do not use your drawings or your change list to train any AI.

Where it runs

Sheetshift AI runs on Google Cloud. To read a sheet pair, the pictures and words of that pair are sent there, and nothing else from your project.

Who can see your project

Only people you add, with the role you give them. A read-only share link shows a change list and the sheets to anyone who has the link, until you turn it off.

Deleting

Delete a project and its files, crops and change list are deleted with it. To delete your account, write to support@sheetshift.ai.
