S-10 Trust and data

Your drawings stay yours.

What happens to your files, who can see them, and what the AI is never allowed to do.

Your drawings stay in your project

Files and the change list belong to the project you uploaded them to. Only people you add can open them.

Never used to train any AI

Sheetshift AI reads your sheets to answer for your project. Nothing you upload is used to train any AI.

Delete any time

Delete a project and its files, crops and change list go with it.

Who can see and decide

Owner, Engineer, Reviewer and Viewer. Only an Engineer can confirm an impact. Viewers can read and cannot change anything.

A full history

Every assignment, decision, comment and sign-off is recorded with who did it and when, inside your project.

Uploaded PDFs are read as data

The engine reads shapes and words from your PDF. It never runs anything that is inside the file.

Limits stated up front

File size and page limits are shown before you upload, and the upload check tells you what it found in each file.

An engineer confirms every impact

Sheetshift AI says a change may affect a work package. The register says Confirmed only after a person with the Engineer role confirms it.

More detail is on the privacy page.
